NZFix is a leading electronics repair and IT service provider in New Zealand, with a decade of experience in the electronics device repair industry.

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Repair Technician that has experience with both hardware and software repair of mobile phones, laptops and other related devices.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

-Level 1, 2 and 3 repairs
-BGA operation includes Audio, Power, NAND, GPU and CPU chip repair on logic boards (phones and laptops).
-Reading schematics, circuit tracing and hand soldering.
-Conduct tests, analyze and repair electronic devices including mobile phones, tablets, laptops and other related devices
-Adhering to required company standards and procedures, as well as completion of high-quality post-repair testing and diagnostics
-Completing repairs to the required standard within the designated time period, with minimal re-service/return rate.
-Hardware repairs including LCD, Charging and cosmetic repairs as well as identifying and resolving component faults.
-Software repairs including device re-flashing, IMEI writing, Running Diagnosis tools and Operating system installation.
-Working within strict company guidelines.
-Understanding of different Windows and/or Apple Mac operating systems
-Working full time 40-hour week (with possible overtime), Monday - Sunday on a roster basis.
-Assist in workshop maintenance to ensure a clean and healthy environment.

We are ideally looking for someone who has:

-At least two year's relevant work experience in this area
-Demonstrate good communication and time management skills
-Be computer literate
-Work well in a team
-Able to work under pressure
-Have experience with Samsung mobile phone repairs and other major brands

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
