Ive finally finished rebuilding the cooling gills, which took their time, now finally getting some paint on.

I managed to finish the Trumpeter Firefly this week. Painted with gunze acrylics.

I was asked to build the Hasegawa 1/72 F-16D recently, and finish it in ‘what if’ RNZAF markings. Here’s the results.

A client asked for a colour change to match a car one of their family members owned. Painted in SMS Mint green with Tamiya gloss clear over the top.

I just realised I never took any decent photos of this- the Aoshima 1/144 Shinmaywa US-2 I’ve recently completed. It’s all packaged up, and ready to send back to NZ in the morning.

It turns out my clients want me to practise figure painting at the moment. This one is a 3D print of Daniel Craig in 1/18. I really struggle with faces, hopefully it looks approximately like Bond.

This is the latest off the bench. Revell 1/144 Constellation L-1049. Quite a pleasant build. It’ll be making the trans Tasman route soon, back to NZ. If you’d like anything built, feel free to contact me.

More figure painting practise. This time the Tamiya 1/16 Rommel figure.
Paints are acrylics by Tamiya, gunze, and Ammo/Mig. The base is from the Miniart base set, and static grass is from Woodland scenics.
