This brings back a tear and a smile to my face. From wedding gowns to christening gowns and everything else in between. This blog goes back 16 years ago where I documented 4 years of family life. The following year I opened Mrs Hyde. It’s so lovely looking down memory lane and so glad I captured these moments. I even got approached to do a kids birthday party book with 2 talented friends but the timing was right. My kids still like to check out the blog now. (http://sweetemmelie.blogspot.com) But this leads me into what I want to do next. Next year I am starting up a digital pattern company, where I can teach people how to sew online through videos and social media. That’s where the name Studio Ohae comes in. We will not just be restricted to knitwear but all sorts of creative outputs. I can’t wait and I have so many ideas. I will also be taking inspo from my old blog.
