Whakatara Hei Oranga is an introduction to de-escalation, the approaches you take to defuse and calm potentially aggressive situations and resolve situations peacefully, without the use of physical restraint. You will learn about yourself, about your responses to conflict, and you will practise responses which you can use in your workplace.

Our Auckland Sports and Recreation Course Te Hauhake I Te Mana has commenced! There are weekly surfing trips and LOTS of other interesting activities. We have space for a few more so please contact us or register at our website if you would like to join! This 20 week course is ideal for youth aged 16 - 24 who want to prepare for employment and further studies while participating in fun activities!

From 1 January 2024, home-based ECE services must have at least 80% qualified educators to receive the quality funding rate!
