Better context. Better answers. Built for business privacy.
Foxbyte Pulse brings together leading AI models with the systems and knowledge your business already relies on, your emails, documents, SOPs, policies and internal processes.
Your team can ask questions and get answers grounded in how your business actually works.
And from there, Pulse can help turn that knowledge into useful work, drafting documents, summarising meetings, creating reports, building AI Skills and automating repeatable tasks.
Your AI models. Your systems. Your business knowledge. All connected in one secure workspace.

"I hate doing this report." "This process is really clunky."
We hear this a fair bit, usually from three- and four-person teams quietly drowning in admin.
One of the most useful things people set up in Pulse is a simple daily report. You log on in the morning and it's already sitting there:
— the emails that actually need you
— what you said you'd follow up on
— the key points and takeaways from last week's messages and meeting notes
No sitting down at 8am working out what today is meant to be about. It's just ready to go.
"Some of them see the light and it just opens their eyes, oh, I didn't realise I could do that."
Pulse runs privately for your business, your data stays yours, and it's usually live in days.

We’re teaming up with Amazon Web Services and the Hawke’s Bay Chamber of Commerce, and you’re invited 👋
AI tools are easy to find. Knowing how to use them securely, effectively and in ways that genuinely work for your business is the harder part.
On Thursday 10 September, we’re hosting Making AI Useful: Practical AI for Hawke’s Bay Businesses.
We’ll be joined by local business leaders from Alexander Construction, Kotahi Engineering Studio and Kahui Advisory, who’ll share what bringing AI into their businesses actually looks like, what they’re trying, what they’ve learned and where they see the opportunities.
Plus, Joel Holmes from AWS will share what he’s seeing across Australia and New Zealand, and we’ll show some practical examples of AI at work inside a business.

Any other businesses keen to help this high school team? 🏴☠️🤖
A pretty cool email landed in our inbox recently from a group of Hawke’s Bay high school students looking for sponsorship for their robotics team, The Round Eye Pirates. Theroundeyepirates.ftc
They’re taking part in the FIRST Tech Challenge, where they’ll design, CAD, manufacture, program and compete with their own custom-built robot.
We were more than happy to help at Foxbyte, so we jumped onboard as a sponsor.
Then they told us we were their first sponsor… which made me think there must be a few more Hawke’s Bay businesses out there who’d love to get behind them too.
They’re looking for everything from financial sponsorship to equipment, materials, manufacturing help and technical expertise, and sponsorship starts from just $100.
So, HB businesses: who wants to join us? 🙋♀️ Please help them also by spreading the word once you sponsor.
Have a look at what these clever young people are building and how you can help here:
Can’t wait to see what they build. 🏴☠️

"This is the best note-taker app I’ve used, and I’ve tried heaps.”
That’s some of the feedback we’ve had about the Pulse Note Taker, and it’s now available to any business using Foxbyte Pulse.
For me, it solves a really practical problem.
I’m in a lot of client meetings. We’re talking through pain points, ideas, requirements and next steps, and I don’t want to spend the whole meeting worrying about capturing everything.
Pulse Note Taker does that for me. It records the conversation, pulls together the key points and actions, and can sync those actions straight to my to-do list.
And afterwards, I don’t have to dig back through a transcript or even read the whole summary. I can simply ask a question about the meeting and Pulse will find the answer for me.
It’s one of those tools that just makes the work you’re already doing easier.
Now available to download for all businesses on Foxbyte Pulse.

Build it once. Share it with your team.
One of the features inside Foxbyte Pulse is the ability to create your own Skills, and share them across your business.
A Skill is essentially a way of teaching AI how to do a particular task your way.
Instead of everyone writing their own prompts, or figuring out the same process for themselves, you can build the workflow once inside Pulse and make it available to the people who need it.
For example, you could create a Skill that knows how to:
→ Turn meeting notes into your company’s standard project brief
→ Review a document against your internal processes
→ Draft a client update in the right format and tone
→ Create a first draft of a proposal using the information your team needs every time
And because it’s inside Pulse, your Skills can work alongside the business knowledge and context your team already has access to.
So it’s not just about giving everyone access to AI.
It’s about turning the best ways your team uses AI into repeatable tools that everyone can use.
Build it once. Share it with your team. Use it again and again.
That’s one of the ways we’re making AI genuinely useful for everyday work with Foxbyte Pulse.

Last week was another good reminder that we need to think carefully about how we’re using AI tools in business.
It was reported that some shared Claude conversations were appearing in Google search results, including conversations from paid users.
And while there’s more nuance to how those chats became publicly accessible, it raises a pretty important question:
What information are your staff putting into AI every day?
AI is an incredible tool, and we absolutely want our teams using it. But business data, client information and internal documents need to be protected.
That’s a big part of why we built Foxbyte Pulse, so businesses can get the benefits of leading AI models, without gambling with their sensitive information. 🃏
