LED light therapy seems to be popping up everywhere at the moment, and I’m getting more questions about where it fits.

It can be a lovely addition to a treatment plan, particularly when we are looking to support things like redness, breakouts, skin texture or general skin rejuvenation.

For me, it still comes back to the same thing: what is your skin doing, what are we trying to achieve, and does LED actually make sense for you?

It is not something I would add just because it is popular. It needs to have a purpose within the bigger picture of your skin.
