This KTM has had a suspension lift and upgrade so i added 35mm and 40mm to the side and centre stands.

Machined two aluminium bronze Gipsy Major heads to suit oversize exhaust valve guides.

Fitted a 2BA thread insert into this Gipsy Major BTH magneto.

Cool job, had to check a Gipsy Major propeller hub for true and machine the countersinks on the face, even had a drawing to go off.

Made ten hinge pins for a customer, grooved for grease, the main body is 38mm diameter 150mm long, with a 60mm diameter 10mm thick head,1040 steel is nice to machine.

Weld repair to a CR 250 rising rate linkage and a skim off the inside bosses of the swingarm in the mill.

Made some new wheel studs for the 1914 Talbot as two of them had split, also made an extra two as spares. The stud end bolts into the (massive!) brake drum, then the other end is tapped M10x1 for bolts that hold the wheel on.

Made a new plunger for this microswitch to replace the broken plastic one, a new switch assembly was going to be six weeks wait and $450.

Made a sleeve to repair a worn trailer hub.

Made a bunch of pins, bushes and spacers for a customer, material 1045 steel, very nice to machine.
