Site Foreman / Senior Carpenter – Residential Builds
📍 Matamata–Piako | 🕒 Full-time, permanent

We’re a small residential building crew looking for a Senior Carpenter / Site Foreman who can run a site, lead a small team, and deliver quality work on the tools.

The role
• Run day-to-day residential builds, additions, and renos
• Lead a team
• Keep sites safe, tidy, and on schedule
• Liaise with clients, subs, and suppliers

You’ll need
• Solid carpentry/building experience
• Confidence running a site
• Good knowledge of the NZ Building Code
• Reliable, organised, and good with people
• Full NZ driver’s licence
