Let’s show our support to our incredible team of strong women as they head up to Lake Karapiro for the NZDBA National Championships this weekend! Coached by the incredible Ivan K they have worked hard all season to secure their seat in the boat and be the strongest and fittest for the competition that is waiting for them! All those hours of targeting strength & fitness exercises and time on the water leads to this weekend.
