Ormond Engineering

On the 22nd of April 2026, we are selling Ormond Engineering Ltd to one of our valued staff, Ryan Stevens.

Twenty years ago, Vic and Sylvia Ormond purchased J & R Watt Engineering and created Ormond Engineering. The company grew and expanded into many markets locally and overseas however we have always had our roots in the Wairarapa helping anyone who walked through the door with an engineering problem needing a cost effective, quality solution.

Ryan intends on maintaining this ethos and we fully endorse and recommend his and his staff’s engineering abilities. Most of the staff will be the same smiling faces you have dealt with so its business as usual.

Any work in progress on the 22nd will be partially invoiced by Oren Engineering Ltd and on completion, a final invoice will be issued by Ormond Engineering 2026 Ltd. If you have any questions on the transition process, please don’t hesitate to contact [email protected].
