Site levelling & preparation for a commercial yard in Henderson, West Auckland

Fire damaged house removal in Birkdale, which was deemed by the insurance company a write-off for the client 🚧👷🚧

As unfortunate as such a situation was for the tenants & the owner, thankfully nobody was injured or lost in the event that gutted the internals of this home 🙏

New dwelling slab excavation on a property in Mangere

Removal of the pre-existing shed slab & excavation was straight forward, but getting material in & out was a challenge 🤔

With the clients carport in the way & the next door neighbour declining permission to access site using their driveway, the entire job was completed using small machinery 😬

Perimeter had a 400 x 400 footing around as required for the structure to be built on
