Starting today we’ll be sharing each week, for 4 weeks, one marketing strategy that can help your business thrive online and/or offline.

📚 Today’s strategy: E-MAIL MARKETING AND HOW IT DIFFERS FROM SOCIAL MEDIA

We all love Facebook and Instagram and how they help us reach thousands of people organically (=for free) or via paid ads.

However, we’re always using a platform we don’t own and that follows the rules of an algorithm. This means it can change out of the blue and take our content away from people’s screens causing a lower organic reach (=the number of people who see our posts organically). This happened in the past and will probably happen again (Facebook wants you to spend $$ on ads after all).

So how can you “own” an audience? Use e-mail marketing! Don’t just focus on social media, start growing your list and target it with relevant offers and useful content. This way you’re deciding when and how you deliver a message without any algorithm getting in the way.
