I heard from a mate that popped into work the other day about this chap called Ricky Lewis and his business that is all about healing the body in a special way. My mate said it was good, so I thought I would give it a go, and I’m glad I did
Upon turning up I was amazed with the cool, calm, private, and professional setup in front of my eyes. I sat in the middle of the room and followed a special breathing technique that releases the things that I was holding onto in my mind. In the background, there were gentle relaxing tunes along with a nice warm and comfortable environment.
Within the hour I had tears running from my eyes as my mind emptied out. All those things I was holding onto were released from my body including my dad and the way he was taken from us far too early. Hurt, anger, and frustration from years was bought to the top and released before I knew it. Special drums, and other equipment was used though out the procedure which help release those locked thoughts and heal you with goodness. You are supported and monitored by Ricky as you relax and reflect on life so much, in my case I was making puddles on the mat from the tears in the eyes.
Time spent writing down my thoughts towards the end is given and encouraged. During the time and along with the breathing techniques you can actually stop breathing (as the thoughts just flow) but don’t worry as Ricky monitors you and is fully trained in first aid
Well worth the dollar and the time, and I would go again if needed. Walk in feeling what I used to call normal but walk out feeling like a new man. Relaxing and healing and well worth it 😊. Every man and woman should give this a go like I did. Life changing.
