Te Rangi Bowling Club

This evening Waihopai challenged Terangi for the Blaketown Trophy . The games were played in ideal conditions and in great spirit with the Terangi team retaining the Trophy.

Today champ champ womens singles were played at Edendale .
We had two of our members playing one Emma Hanley who is dual with Gore Rsa and kerry Heffer representing Terangi.
They both had a ripper of a day each achieving there way into the final.
How lucky are we to have these two awesome girls in our club.
They went head to head the whole final until they were 20 all outstanding but there can only be one winner and our Terangi represented Kerry Heffer achieved the winning shot to secure the trophy.

Today Terangi challenged TeAnau for the Blaketown Trophy.
Great games played in great spirits with Terangi eventually coming away with a 4 3 win.

Today at Terangi under Blustery conditions our club played the Bill and Nola Sinclair Trophy.
After 4 rounds we had 2 teams that were to meet in last round that one team would come out the winner.
All other teams decided that they were not in connection so retired to the bar and watched from inside.
What a fantastic final came down to last end.
Huge congrats to Brent Munro Brent Webster and Pam Flaus who were successful by getting the last end.

Congratulations Kerry. Your passion, tenacity and self belief make you the super star you are!

A great effort from Kerry this morning but sadly her dream run at the Open Women's National Singles has come to an end, losing a tough fought battle against Leeane Poulson 12-21 in her semi-final
Earl and Dave were also on the wrong side of a hard fought game, just losing out to Paddy Stewart and Kerry Becks 11-13 in their quarter final in the Open Men's Pairs

A massive shoutout to all the Southland players who attended, some great wins and difficult losses but also great learning and fun had during the competition

Congratulations Kerry Heffer on another great day in the Open Womens Singles.Through to the semi finals at the Nationals after defeating Bronwyn Stevens 21-16 .
In the meantime Earl Doidge & Dave Robinson have continued their winning streak in the Open Men's Pairs beating Roger Stevens & Sean Thomson 16-15 and securing themselves a spot in the quarter finals👏🎉👊

Terangi Bowling Club today played the Club Drawn 4s George Day Trophy
Winners where Skip Graham Low Kelvin Silcock Steve Beker and Lead Shane Perry.

Today our club members kerry and Jason Heffer and Craig Tinker Waihopai where the very very proud Winners of the Southland Mixed Triples.
Absolutely Fantastic Result 🏆.

Southland Center triples held over weekend. Riversdale hosted the finals with Terangi women and men coming 3rd roll on next event.
