What A Day!

The 24th year running of the Total Life Kid's Tryathlon was an absolute blast yesterday at Splash Palace and Rugby Park. Invercargill turned on the smiles, the sunshine, and some seriously impressive finish-line moves, including a forward roll and a cartwheel.

The bouncy castle halfway through the run was a crowd favourite, and the energy from every kid giving it their all was just magic.

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and made the day unforgettable.

At the Women’s Health Expo in Invercargill, Women and Finance had the privilege of connecting with a packed crowd of women eager to grow their financial knowledge. From practical questions to deep conversations, the interest was incredible.

We covered KiwiSaver, home buying, relationship property, tax choices, insurance, and more. The response was so strong we ran out of handouts. It was also wonderful to see familiar faces from past sessions.

Total Life Invercargill Old Boys Cricket Club are Southland Club Champions!

A dominant all-round performance saw the boys take a 54 run win in the ILT Premier Final, capping off an outstanding season.

Total Life Invercargill Old Boys Cricket Club have stormed their way into the ILT Premier Final after dominating the round robin stage.

The 50 over showdown starts at 11.30am against Appleby at Queens Park, and it's shaping up to be a cracker.
