Most of you may be aware Event Bus has been on the market with the hopes someone would come along snap it up and continue running what we have slowly grown over the past few years.

The business has now been purchased and we are excited to announce the new owner, James at Rambler Coachlines.
With the vision to grow the business and ideas already flowing we look forward to seeing how it all goes and wish them the best of luck.

To our clients, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for continuously supporting our small business, you are the ones that made it fun and all worth it, you kept us going! Supporting local really is a thing and small business owners really do appreciate it.

To our staff, you are the backbone of the business, you are the reason our clients keep coming back, without you we simply wouldn’t have had a business. A big 👏 to you all.

To our suppliers, especially to the mechanics, the tyre man, the window man and the panelbeater thank you for often dropping everything to meet our demands!

To Lindsay and Alison, thank you for giving us the opportunity to takeover the business in the first place and trusting us to make it work. Your knowledge and guidance never stopped throughout the 5 years we have owned it.

As of 18th July we are over and out as we put our full focus into Roadtrain but you will still see us around as the buses will stay where they are.
You may even still speak with Renee from time to time 😜

Last week was a busy one, the New Zealand pipe band championships were on in Invercargill. We had the privilege of transporting Knox Grammar School from Queenstown to Tuatapere where they were staying at Tui Base Camp, then into invercargill each day. Saturday they unfortunately got very wet during their March but we hope despite the weather they enjoyed their time in the Deep South of New Zealand 😊
