We’re going balloon crazy this week! On Wednesday we’re going to have a Balloon Bash! Come along and join us for the fun!

Wednesday from 10am upstairs at Central Baptist 😊

Playdough seems like such a basic way to entertain young children. But hidden in the fun there are so many benefits!

Not only does playdough play ignite the imagination, it also helps to regulate emotions and fosters social skills through sharing and collaboration.

Playdough play introduces early maths and science concepts, and can enhance vocabulary if you discuss your actions while you play.

The squeezing, rolling and flattening of dough builds finger and hand muscles, which in turn helps with developing writing skills and other fine motor skills like using scissors.

We’d love you to bring your little one along on Wednesday from 10am for some music and movement, morning tea, and playdough fun 😊

It was extra colourful and crazy at Busy Bees yesterday with some wacky hair styles!

It’s crazy hair day!!! This Wednesday come along to Busy Bees and we will do some wacky styles in your little one’s hair 🪮🤪

Music and movement starts at 10am, followed by morning tea (provided), free play and our crazy hair salon!

We have another bee-themed craft lined up for this week! Your tamariki can make their own cute wee honeycomb painting with bee stickers 🐝

Wednesday is Pyjama Day!

Come along in your pyjamas and bring your favourite bedtime story for a snuggly, cosy time together 🥱😴

We’ll start with music and movement, enjoy some morning tea, and then enjoy sharing some of our favourite stories together 📚

It’s almost Mother’s Day 🤗

On Wednesday our tamariki will have the chance to make a gorgeous Mother’s Day card 💖 We may not manage to keep it a surprise until Sunday, but it will be a cute wee keepsake nevertheless! 😆

I’m sure our busy bees will be super excited and proud to make something special for Mum 💐

It’s time for a bit of sensory play! This week at Busy Bees we’ll be filling our tub so the kids can scoop, tip, bury and dig.

We’ll start with a fun music session at 10am, then enjoy morning tea together and all sorts of play.

If you have a baby, toddler or preschooler, we’d love for you to join us.
