PRICING UPDATE
It has been four years since I established MoveRight, during which time I have maintained consistent pricing to ensure my services remain accessible to all. Regrettably, the time has come for me to adjust pricing to sustain the high-quality service I provide. This update will include a $40 fee for home visits. Please refer to the website for the revised pricing structure. I look forward to continuing to deliver exceptional service throughout Southland.

Baseline Concussion Testing:
It’s that time of year to think about updating your annual Baseline concussion test. This allows us to establish your “Normal” and facilitates comparison and guiding rehabilitation and return to sport in the event of a concussion. Testing can be conducted in-clinic or on-site at your sports club. To schedule an appointment or inquire about on-site testing, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Did you know that ACC return to work support can be accessed without a referral? If you or an employee have experienced an ACC injury and are receiving compensation, you can choose a provider to deliver the return to work service. With vocational rehabilitation being a specialty area of mine, I am well-positioned to provide this service. If you need assistance to support yourself or a staff member in returning to work, from a Southland based provider, feel free to reach out.

Non-acute patient handling training day next Friday 28th Feb in Invercargill. A few spaces left so if you’re looking to refresh or upskill your patient handling then get in touch for details. Non-acute means the setting is not specific to a hospital environment eg home or care home, however techniques are similar if you do work in an acute environment and would like to come along.

I’ve had some enquiries regarding running a champions patient moving and handling training day. Get in touch if you or someone from your workplace might be interested in attending. If I can get enough interest I will look to run a day in the next 6-8 weeks.
