🐾 Breed of the Week – French Bulldog 🐾

Small in size... HUGE in personality! ❤️

This week we're celebrating the ever-popular French Bulldog – a breed that's won hearts all over the world with its bat-like ears, adorable squishy face, and cheeky sense of humour.

Originally developed in France during the 1800s, French Bulldogs were bred to be companion dogs, and they still excel at that job today. They love being with their people and are happiest when they're part of the family.

Frenchies are known for being:
🐾 Affectionate and loyal
🐾 Funny and full of character
🐾 Great companions for families and apartment living
🐾 Always ready to make you laugh with their quirky personalities

Although their coat is short and easy to care for at home, French Bulldogs still benefit from regular grooming. Bathing, deshedding, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and cleaning those adorable facial folds all help keep them healthy, comfortable, and looking their best.

And let's be honest... those little snorts, snores, zoomies, and head tilts are all part of the Frenchie charm! 🥰

🌟 Celebrity of the Week – Reese Witherspoon 🌟

This week's Celebrity of the Week is none other than Reese Witherspoon – not just an award-winning actress, but a devoted dog mum with a house full of four-legged love. 🐾❤️

Reese's furry family includes Minnie Pearl the cheeky French Bulldog, Lou the handsome American Bulldog, Major the lovable Labrador Retriever, and Benji, a rescue dog adopted through the Best Friends Animal Society.

If you've ever followed Reese on social media, you'll know her dogs are a huge part of her life. Whether they're joining her for morning yoga, exploring outdoors, dressing up for the holidays, or simply snuggled up on the couch, they're treated as true members of the family.

One thing we especially love is Reese's support for rescue dogs and giving animals a second chance. It's a wonderful reminder that some of the very best companions come from shelters.

❤️ Because at the end of the day, dogs don't care if you're a Hollywood star or not...

They just want your love, your time, and maybe a few extra treats.

This week's Pet of the Week is the beautiful Lilly! ❤️

How adorable is this gorgeous girl?

Lilly is an absolute sweetheart and a much-loved regular here at Angels Howick. She loves her grooming sessions with Simon and happily soaks up all the cuddles, kisses, and attention from the team.

There's nothing better than seeing a dog walk through the salon doors happy, relaxed, and excited to see us. Building that trust is what it's all about.

After plenty of pampering, Lilly leaves looking absolutely stunning, feeling fresh, and ready to turn heads wherever she goes.

Thank you, Lilly, for being such a wonderful girl. We can't wait to see you again for more cuddles!
