There’s so much talk about AI and photography right now.

And yes, technology is changing fast.

But the more things become digital, the more I think real connection matters.

The laughs between siblings.
The way little kids hold onto their parents.
The in-between moments families don’t even realise are happening.

That’s the part I love most about family photography.

Not perfect posing.
Not creating something flawless.

Just creating space for people to relax, be together, and let real moments unfold.

Because years from now, I don’t think anyone will care whether a photo was perfectly polished.

They’ll care that it felt real.
And that they were fully there in the moment with the people they love.

Anyway. Just some thoughts from me. I still love the real stuff!

When everyone’s together, it’s a good time to update the family photos, because at some point they start heading off.
Different cities, different countries.

Capturing these moments is close to my heart. ❤️
