Then settle in for a pizza, a platter and a leisurely Sunday afternoon at Ash Ridge.

We may not be in Porto… and we may not technically be allowed to call it Port… but that’s not going to stop Winston from celebrating.

This weekend we’re raising a glass to our two Port style dessert w**es and, naturally, the handsome fellow on the label himself.

Now THAT'S a dangerous game of Jenga. This is how they stack in Napa. We'll admit we're a little more boring at Ash Ridge, keeping ours safely tucked into barrel racks.

But whether stacked to the ceiling or racked in rows, this is where the magic happens: months of quiet cellaring that turn good w**e into great w**e.
