Good morning to you all and welcome to my new followers. I am sorry I don't post much on here but letting you know I am still doing readings and healing and work with the universe all of the time. So many people are lost or overwhelmed this year that is because the one year gets us thinking more about ourself. Not natural for most of us. We give so much to others and forget about ourselves. Time for us. Follow your dreams. Create new hobbies sit and read a book, it is important to recharge and balance yourself. The energy in the world is heavy with all the problems out there. Try and take time to release old hurts and sadness. We do not need to carry it around.

Sorry I hit the wrong button before completing my last post. I have been practicing Tai Chi for a few months now and I really feel the benefits of it. It is worth doing for mental health, wellness, and yes in a different way fitness. I watch it on Youtube, and love.
Give it a go. Or better still try and find a group to join. So good for your wellbeing.

Happy New Year to you all.
This is year being a one year is the time for new beginnings, fresh starts, believing in yourself and helping yourself. The hard work was done last year, although you still could have a few things to finish up, but expect change, a difference in yourself, and listen to your guides and follow their guidance. Heal yourself by doing new things, listening to your body, taking time for yourself and saying to NO when you feel you should say yes. Dont people please, please yourself.

Wow what a year we have had. It certainly was a 9 year for us both. A year of endings and new beginnings, we are now looking forward to our next 9 year cycle starting on January 1. 2026 is a 1 year. So many people have gone through so much this year, and have felt overwhelmed or lost. the energy change, the physical changes, the spiritual changes have caused all of this. Think back on what has happened this year, was it an ending, was it a change, or did you put plans in place for a big change next year?

I wish you all well with your new beginnings, remember you have planned them and they are part of your journey.
I look forward to being here for you all next year.
