It's official!! from such an overwhelming response from the first intake, 30th September is the launch date for the new Fitin family.
My goal is to make it as fun and enjoyable as possible.
This one is going to be Wednesday and Friday at 6am!
This time we have a bigger group ready to power through the 6weeks.

Fast fire cardio is great to keep heart rate up and away from the long boring cardio that no one wants to do.
Try add this in to your workout.
3 rounds
4min cardio as fast as possible split up through out the session.

Week 3 done and we are at the half way mark. Today was a strength and circuit session and we were working for it.

I managed to get given all the jumping jack cards and have all the higher rep cards too!
Positive look at it is that I got a good cardio work out in I guess lol

Fun and games for Monday. We finished up with the card game.
Each suit represented different exercises. Awesome interactive finisher for the session.

Week 2 done!
Finished up with some tabata style intervals.
It's high intensity short work and short rest periods I keep the fat burn going.
Great feedback from the ladies and we will check in to see where progress is next week.

Such a massive effort this morning! Full body and cardio!
Light weights with high reps and these ladies were feeling the burn.
Every work out is different. Keeping it changing keeps things interesting.
