My Sunday off Social Media 👩‍👧 Regulating my nervous system.

Guys, by Friday last week my entire nervous system had gone into override and I was going into fight or flight at the mere sound of a truck driving past our house. So I went back to the basics and took the entire weekend off Social Media.

This was our Sunday.

I have loads of content and made some plans for content and where I want to take our community.

I'm still being really gentle with myself but I feel grounded and calm.

Good Parents Can Have Messy Houses - I did an Online Parenting Course today in this chaos 💃 My wardrobe is beautiful and functional though! I just cant move haha 1 guess what im doing this weekend 🧹

I freakin bow and respect whole heartedly those who find a way to make it work 🦸🏻‍♀️ Its hard mahi. I think its clear though, that I have to roll different.

If I spend my energy pumping out post after post it will cost me and my girl. She needs me and my Soul needs my peace. Chronic pain is no joke. I have a small window everyday to spend it on something that really matters, and although creating is my no.1 passion I have to be very careful.

Just know that when you see me post it'll be because I really wanted to. I thought about it and you, and took the time to get it just right.

I am in awe of so many creators from all walks of life. I support many, especially the up and coming.

I pray my unique strategy will make our way to a level that will help us, while we continue to help others. If not, aroha mai, God's watching and he blesses me anyway.

This feels good. This feels like honoring my ability. This feels like knocking on every door until I find my yes.
