Subject: The "15-Minute Circuit Breaker" for your brain after a brutal workday 🧠❌📱
If you’re anything like me, finishing a massive day means collapsing onto the couch and mindlessly scrolling your phone or turning on the TV. But have you noticed that your brain doesn’t actually feel rested afterward? You just feel "digitally numb."True relaxation doesn't come from turning your brain completely off; it comes from switching it into a state of flow.
Picking up a guitar for just 15 minutes forces your mind to focus entirely on the present moment. When you are learning to cleanly transition between simple rhythmic patterns, your brain physically cannot worry about emails, workplace static, or tomorrow's to-do list. It’s a complete sensory reset.
In our Mindset & Performance Guitar Workshops, we teach local adults exactly how to build a simple, 15-minute daily musical habit that acts as an anchor for mental well-being. No complicated charts, no high-pressure solos—just pure groove and stress relief.
I am putting together a brand-new, 4-week evening workshop block right here in Rolleston. To keep it completely relaxed and personal, the group is capped strictly at 4 people.
Want to try a better way to decompress after work? Comment "FLOW" below or send me a DM with the evening that suits you best, and let’s get a guitar into your hands!

I am playing at the Ōtautahi Crafters Market in South City Mall Sunday 1pm. First time I've played live since The Great Kiwi B**r Festival - Christchurch.
Excited 😁😆
