Pregnant and new born mummas!! Here is me days away from giving birth.. uncomfortable, swollen, wearing my partners size 13 shoes because they were the only shoes i fit π€£ I had a really hard pregnancy/birth and really struggled the first year of having my son.. I mean really struggled.. we both cried and didnβt sleep for a year π it was when I was ready and able to exercise that I truly snapped out of feeling really miserable! In this second picture, my son was about 1 and a half and Iβd been working on myself π₯° things get so much better if youβre finding yourself struggling π€ give yourself the time you need, and reach out if you are ready to start your journey into fitness, Iβd love to guide and support you into being the best version of yourself πͺπΌπ I am offering cheaper rates from 9.30am to 1.30pm Tuesday to Friday!! bring your baby along and jump track to feeling your best self π

Self care can look like many different things, for me I love hiking, the beach, being near the ocean, fishing and eating fish ππ»π£ so trips like this are my form of self care and mental relaxation/rejuvenation π₯° its so important to do things that are important to you, that soul food good stuff ππΌ wake up early, make the plans, see the things, get your body moving and amongst all the chaos in life.. make time to do the things you enjoy π

Hello team, I'd like to share some basic but fundamental substitutions that aid in maintaining lower calorie intake; collectively, these minor adjustments can have a substantial impact. On a personal note, I've never been keen on almond milk and some sweeteners aren't very palatable, but this almond milk and sweetener is ππ»ππ». Also, eggs are an excellent choice, but when preparing items like omelettes, I suggest incorporating one or two full eggs and supplementing with liquid egg whites; as the lower calorie intake makes all the difference ππ
