Terravest Group is kicking off a Graduate Pathway Programme and we're looking for motivated graduates to join us for the 2026/27 season.

We're the team behind Cryvex (refrigeration), Agora (real-time vat monitoring), and Deosan (dairy hygiene) - three businesses that work right at the heart of the NZ dairy chain.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out on farms, learning from the ground up across all three businesses, working alongside technicians, compliance teams, and commercial reps - and building a career that goes somewhere real.

One of our current team members, Seb, started as a two-month work experience placement. He's now full-time across Agora and Deosan. That says it all, really.

Many of you have already had a rough trot with the weather this season. You're a tough bunch and we reckon you know it, but we're thinking of you all the same.

If your refrigeration plays up over the weekend, give us a ring. We'll be keeping a close eye on MetService and Civil Defence and will head out as soon as it's safe for our team to do so - we just ask for a bit of patience because safety always comes first.
