We've been building some big homes on some awesome sites this year, and this one's no exception! This customer has chosen one of our largest 5-bedroom homes, paired with one of our double garages - Combined nearly 210sqm small!

A full turnkey project again, just the way we like it. Construction should get underway in a few months, so stay tuned for updates! 🔨

🔨 Cracking through the projects over the last few weeks!

🏠 Rotorua – The shell-build is complete and ready for handover! It’s come up really well, and in good time considering all the additional bracing required for the TC3 ground conditions.

🏠 Eketahuna – Continuing along at a good pace. Most of the external cladding is now on, vinyl is laid, and the kitchen and bathrooms are being fitted out. Starting to look like a home!

🏠 Pahiatua Track – This one is nearing the finish line! Just a couple of final finishing jobs to tick off, then it’ll be ready for handover too. Can’t wait to see what the customer does with the landscaping and driveway, lots of potential!

Plenty happening across the sites and great to see another couple of QBH homes reaching completion! 👌🏡

Making the most of the good weather while it lasts! ☀️🏠

☀️ On the Pahiatua Track project, the off-grid solar system is taking shape and the internal fit-out is almost finished!

🔨 Internal fit-out is now well underway in Eketāhuna, with the roof on, windows and doors in, and the home really starting to come together!

🚜 And we’ve just kicked off another exciting build in Rotorua , Another brand new 95sqm, 3-bedroom home. Looking forward to sharing the progress as this one comes together!

It’s about time for another quick update on some of the projects we have underway at the moment! 🏡🚧

Things have been busy across the region, and despite winter throwing us a few challenges, we’re making great progress.

🔨 Feilding – We’re getting ready to kick off another project soon. This one is another spacious 3-bedroom home with a double garage, and we’re aiming to have it completed before Christmas.

✅ Mangaweka – We’re 99% complete! The only thing left is the customer’s solar installation, which is well underway, before we can go for the final inspection officially hand over another beautiful home.

🚜 Pahiatua Track – This project is coming together nicely. The water tanks and septic system are installed, the carpet is down, and we’re now working through the finishing touches along with building the solar array.

🏔️ Eketāhuna – The recent run of good weather has really helped us get a much needed boost! All the walls are up, the roof is on, and the windows and doors are going in today. Said it before, and will say it again, What an incredible building site with some absolutely stunning views!

Another day, another delivery!

This time we’re taking you on a journey to the cool countryside of Eketahuna…

This delivery had been already delayed a week due to rain, so who knows… you might get some snow photos yet👀❄

Thankfully this morning was dry and full of sunshine though, which is exactly what we needed for the very steep access way and off road driveway. We’ve got some skilled drivers working us for sure! Shout out McIntosh Cranes! And it’s another testimony to just how flexible we can be with delivery.

The boys got a few days head start on the foundations and flooring before the bulk of the kit-set was delivered, so we have made some good progress already! For a 4-bedroom 138sqm house, we aim to have this completed in the next 6 weeks, but unfortunately due to weather we are expecting more delays… so it might be a few days before you see anymore progress.

Finally some better weather!!!

The Good, the Bad, and the Rainy… 🌧️ and Rocky⛰️

It’s definitely been a challenging few weeks on site.

The Pahiatua track project got off to a slow start thanks to the weather. Plenty of rain and mud but the roof is finally on, the windows and doors are installed, and internal fit-out has begun. Progress hasn’t been as fast as we’d like, but it’s great to see the build now taking shape. Next week will be a big week for this project!

We’ve also kicked off a new project over in Eketāhuna. While the weather was a little less rainy, the ground was a different story! Extremely rocky conditions turned what would normally be a one-day foundation excavation into nearly three days of hard work. That’s all behind us now though, and we’re looking forward to pouring concrete on Friday.

Meanwhile, the Mangaweka project is nearing the finish line. Drainage and plumbing are now complete, leaving just the solar installation and final finishing touches before completion

Despite the rain, mud, and rock, the team has kept pushing forward, and we’re excited to see all three projects progressing well. 💪🏠

All the floor, walls, and roof panels delivered up to the Paihatua track project! Full steam ahead on this one, aiming to get the roof on by end of next week.

Running late on posting again! The guys are too busy taking sunrise photos!

Finishing touches happening on the Mangaweka project, just waiting on the services and solar set-up before we finish now.

One of our Sanson projects see's some more progress with the water tank being delivered and beginning to get the drainage underway!

And we're making a start on the 3 bedroom home up the Pahiatua track... Unfortunately the weather made things a bit muddy but still got it all done! Ready for the delivery of the materials next week.
