We’ve teamed up with Fanfave and Inspire Racing merch is officially here! We’re also proud to be the first New Zealand racing operation to team up with Fanfave.

If you want more dates and the respect of your peers, you should probably buy a Porsche. But you’ll still look pretty good wearing our colours. Also, up the Wahs!

Bellish Boy is back this Saturday in R2 - the Christchurch Casino 31st SI Awards Maiden at Riccarton Park.

I’m really excited to be heading back down to Christchurch. Bellish Boy is currently a very short $1.80 favourite, but the move south and quieter environment at Riccarton really seem to have done wonders for him, as we’ve seen in his two encouraging trials.

He’s always shown above-average ability, but much like his name suggests, he was very boyish early on and lacked confidence. He’s matured considerably mentally, and hopefully we’re now starting to see the horse we always thought was there.

Track conditions are probably the biggest unknown, but he’ll have one of the country’s best in Michael McNab aboard. It looks a good race for him to kick off his campaign.

I expect Bellish Boy to clear his maiden sooner rather than later. Hopefully that’s on Saturday. I did spot my younger brother Julian leading Embellish, the sire of Bellish Boy, at the stallion parade last Sunday. Perhaps an omen!

A win would be the perfect finish to what has already been a memorable August for Inspire Racing.

Good luck to our owners and connections! 🏇

A really cool glimpse into what it’s like to be an owner of Attractiveness at Rosehill Gardens. And the full rollercoaster of emotions that comes with racehorse ownership.

Attractiveness wins again! Brilliant and tough, especially considering the antics on the way to the starting gates. A blessing to share this win with so many wonderful people.

Siena Grima is a genuine rockstar talent and Will Freedman continues to build serious momentum in the Sydney metropolitan scene.

A well earned spell for our beautiful filly now, who has done us incredibly proud. Onwards and Upwards

“I think she will be a very progressive autumn mare."

Sydney to Taranaki! We're racing on both sides of the Tasman this Saturday

ATTRACTIVENESS – R1, 1:25pm – Rosehill Gardens
Trainer: Richard & Will Freedman

The original plan was to head to Royal Randwick next week for a Fillies & Mares race over a mile, but Will opted to nominate her here as a backup in case we drew a favourable barrier. Barrier two certainly ticks that box.

Sydney's leading apprentice Siena Grima takes the ride and claims 2kg. Attractiveness is now fifth-up this preparation, and the step up to 1500m looks ideal.

She's very short in the market, but if she can reproduce her last-start performance and gets a clear run at the right time, she should be very hard to beat.

RYDERS LEGACY – R7, 3:50pm – New Plymouth Raceway
Trainer: Allan Sharrock

Ryders Legacy pulled a muscle during his last start at Trentham, where he was well supported and started favourite. He's been given the time he needed to recover, and we restart his campaign on his home track.

It's a handy field with several runners bringing strong recent form on heavy ground, but I think he's a progressive horse and represents good each-way value at his current odds.

Kelly Myers takes the ride and knows him particularly well, having done plenty of work with him behind the scenes. I'm looking forward to seeing him step up in distance, and his strong European female pedigree suggests he'll continue to improve with both time and further ground.

He's a horse we think has a very nice future. Looking forward to being back on course at New Plymouth.
