Before: This 44-year-old family-owned engineering business was required to cease operations at short notice. With a hard deadline to fully clear the workshop for an incoming tenant, the company had accumulated nearly 200 assets requiring cataloguing, photography, advertising, and sale within a three-month period.

The Challenge: The owner sought a professional to act entirely on their behalf, as auction was not an option. Prevailing economic conditions were likely to result in significantly lower sale prices than desired.

Our freight partner, Hilton Haulage Limited, transporting wine tanks from Nelson to Marlborough last week. These tanks were part of an asset disposal project we completed for Booster Wine Group as part of the Waimea Estate Winery Closure.
