Here’s a great example of our TableHub units in action at the recent Motor Trade Association (MTA) Automotive Industry Leaders Forum, held at the Park Hyatt Auckland. Throughout the event, our Digital Table Centrepieces seamlessly delivered event and speaker introduction slides, alongside QR Code prompts encouraging attendees to submit questions via Slido - driving real-time engagement and interaction across the room.

From conferences and forums to dinner events and beyond, TableHub transforms how content is delivered - bringing every table into the conversation.

A huge thank you to Maggie Gray (Brava Events & Media) for bringing TableHub on board to incorporate our Digital Table Centrepieces into the Airwallex Blues Premier Corporate Hosting Lounge at Eden Park during last weekend’s Blues vs Crusaders match.

Our TableHub units were placed across all 31 tables, providing Airwallex with a dynamic digital platform to showcase branding, video content, and engage guests with an interactive QR code competition to guess the final score.

And what a game it was — congratulations to Blues Rugby on the win!

Another fantastic evening celebrating excellence with the team at WM New Zealand at their 2026 Annual Awards, held recently at DoubleTree by Hilton, Karaka.

We were absolutely thrilled to have our TableHub units incorporated into the recent Zespri Momentum 2-Day Conference & Gala Dinner at Mercury Baypark, Mount Maunganui.

Across both conference days, 60 Hubs showcased dynamic, on-demand digital content to every table in the room - seamlessly cued by our onsite operator to enhance engagement throughout event.

After Day 1, our Digital Table Centrepieces worked double duty - our team efficiently removed, recharged, and reset the Hubs to assist with transforming the event space from a high-energy conference environment into a glamorous gala dinner setting, before recharging everything again overnight, ready to go for Day 2.

A huge shoutout to Daniela Olphert (DO Events) and the Zespri event team — it was an absolute pleasure collaborating with you. We can’t wait to work together again soon! ✨

✨ What an unforgettable evening at the recent 63rd ISPS Handa Halberg Awards celebrating the very best of Aotearoa’s sporting excellence.

We were incredibly proud to see our Digital Table Centrepieces featured for the second consecutive year at this prestigious, nationally televised event - lighting up all 98 guest tables across the room in Spark Arena.

The Halberg event team created exceptional Hub graphics that truly showcased the power of our innovative digital centrepieces. From table numbers, menus and programme to sponsor recognition, live televised announcement messages, nominees and winners, plus QR codes for real-time voting, gala pledges and silent auction bidding — every touchpoint was seamless, engaging and visually striking.
