A different side of Rome 🇮🇹

At Gianno inside W Rome, the kitchen is led by Ciccio Sultano, whose restaurant Duomo holds two Michelin stars.

We had the chance to visit his restaurant in Sicily on a previous trip, so it was interesting to see his culinary language expressed in a different context here in Rome.

A more contemporary and relaxed setting, still rooted in Sicily and strong seasonal Italian produce.

An amazing meal in a spectacular setting - be sure to check out the rooftop too! 🌟

Save this for your next trip.

A two Michelin star lunch in Rioja 🇪🇸

At Venta Moncalvillo, everything begins in their garden.

Led by Ignacio Echapresto, the kitchen follows the rhythm of the seasons—vegetables at their peak, treated with precision and a quiet confidence.

An egg, still warm from the farm.
Wagyu paired with celeriac, grounded and deeply expressive.

It’s the kind of place where the connection to the land feels real, not just stated—present in every detail, every course, every pause in between.

One of those meals that stays with you long after the table is cleared.

Save this for Rioja.
