So Delicious net carb for this plate.

Coconut flour flatbread stack filled with 2 eggs, lamb ribs, mushrooms and mozzarella 😍😍😍😍😜😜😜

Prawn skewers with Zucchini cooked in garlic and butter 😉😉

This meal was just under 14g net carb
