Create online agreements and deeds quickly and easily, for a fraction of the cost. Agreeable aims to make the “contracting out” process easy.

Agreeable has taken the traditional legal model of hourly rates, unknown expenses and long visits to a law office and flipped it on its head. New Zealand, the Property “Relationships” Act 1976 allows couples to “contract out” of the act and define how their assets will be separated if they were to separate (or have separated). This recent Herald article shows the cost of skipping a prenup agreement when entering a new relationship - you can't just rely on a family trust.

A prenup ensures you stay out of Family Court and don’t waste time and excessive cost on a claim later.

With an easy online process, fixed fees, and a nationwide lawyer panel, Agreeable is the easiest and most cost-effective way to get a binding prenup in New Zealand.

Agreeable NZ are proud to announce the launch of our online mediation service!

We are all about improving access to justice and offering better legal services to Kiwis. For some, that means a path to less drama and less cost when sorting assets at the end of a relationship. It's a growing view in family law that mediation can save disputing couples thousands in legal fees, and stop months of stress and uncertainty, by keeping them out of separate law firms until they should be there.

We connect both parties to an independent, expert mediator from our panel, who can help guide them to an agreement. The parties can then take that agreement through our online certification service, together, for legal advice and signing with a new lawyer each, as required for a binding agreement.

A huge thank you to our partners at Immediation and our mediation panel - Klinkert Law, Rosemarie Brown, and Jake McCleary - for all your help with the launch.

We help hundreds of Kiwis with mortgage buy outs every year. Buy outs are a great way to hold a property while giving each person a fresh start financially.

Before accepting a buy out, banks send you off to find a separate lawyer each and get a separation agreement done. This can take months. With Agreeable, it takes days:

- draft the agreement online
- get quick help from our team
- one low fixed quote for online certification from a lawyer each
