Freedom is about creating what we want, where we want. To not be pinned down by location, cuisine style or schedules. Comfort is about the food. To create food that’s new, while reminding us of something old. To explore our own comfort zones. We’re aiming for the better version of something you’ve had. Or something you haven’t had, with something you have. Because we’re always moving, the food brings us home. Feel good food.
