Dear friends,

I hope that you are all keeping well during lockdown!

Some of you may have of received a text from me the other day saying that Ti Rakau Physio would be open during level three for “urgent care”. We have since received further clarification from the Ministry of Health, unfortunately we will only be able to physically treat patients who:

• Have a condition which is life or limb threatening

• If delaying treatment will carry risk of significant harm or permanent disability

• The treatment urgently needed cannot be carried out by health professionals (ie: nurses, doctors) who are already in contact with patients

Please feel free to call me on 09 273 8977 if you have any further questions as to if your condition classifies as urgent care, or to book a remote consultation.

We hope to be up and running as normal in level two! So stay home if you can and make sure to look after your selves.
