Last post of the night I promise 😂 few shots from the trail starts today challenge DH track not really much of a challenge but it literally was like riding down a creek from top to bottom and valley loop was a mud puddle, loose corner, slippy root fest. Was saving a foot all over the shop. The TR is a hefty bohemoth and way more bike than is required out in the ranges but bing able to drop the fork from 180 to 140 helps along with a bit more air pressure in both the fork and shock and she don't do to badly. If there was one upgrade I'd get it would be a proper handle bar arcuated dropper post as the one I have at present a bit annoying as you have to reach down under the front of the seat to activate a lever, kinda sux.

Few fungus shots from the valley loop ride today and some tea tree canopy. So lush out at Hunua with the rain we have had lately.

Got to say still one of my all time favourite albums if not my favourite. This album holds many great memories for me personally every track has always resinated with me. Seeing it performed live was an incredibly euphoric experience when they toured here way back in 97. Most people would have heard the hits but if you haven't do yourself a favour and give it the time it deserves and listen to it in its intiorty from start to finish. I guarantee you will feel something if not moved by this musical gift to humanity.

Some good news today got feed back from council from email I sent over lock down with proposal to build a public pump track and dirt jump trails here in Papakura.
With a few potential spots scoped out for this to happen I’m wanting to leverage any of my followers to help me in any way to make this happen.
In the next few days I’ll be putting a petition up to get further support for the idea.
If you go over to my page I’ll be posting up the full email of my proposal that I sent so you can get the full run down.
Even if your not a local from that dosent matter, any support is welcome and if this show gets any traction then you will be most welcome to come dig and ride the spot.
Every place I’ve dug and rode over the years has been a rewarding experience physically, mentally and spiritually. Meeting people from all walks of life and building lasting friendships.
Trails always seam to have a positive magnetism that draws the best out of the individual no mater the age no mater the skill they are just great places to be.
oh yeah pics from 2006 trip to see my bro Jimmy @ Church of Dirt
