Many of you know I’m autistic and ADHD. For a long time, I’ve been hesitant to share much about it — not because I’m ashamed, but because I never wanted it to come across as a gimmick or a way to seek sympathy.

The truth is, it’s inseparable from why I create — both as Arcane Synthetic and as an actor. My work is how I process fracture, distortion, and chaos, and try to turn it into something meaningful.

I’ve stumbled before. Said or done things that landed wrong. I carry the weight of those moments, and I’m trying to do better.

Even writing this wasn’t easy. I asked ChatGPT to help me shape the words — not in one go, but in a slow back-and-forth to find something that felt honest, without pretense.

If you’re going through something similar — autism, ADHD, or simply the weight of being human — my messages are open. Reach out. Talking won’t just help you; it will help me too.
