We’re excited to welcome Vai to the ThreeSixty Osteo team!
Vai has a background in personal training. His passion for helping people led him to explore other avenues of healthcare before quickly realising that Osteopathy was the perfect fit. It allows him to combine his interest in exercise with hands-on treatment to support people in their recovery and overall movement.
He values involving patients in the process so they feel a sense of ownership over their outcomes. Vai's goal is for the patient to feel heard, understand what’s happening in their body, and leave with the confidence to make changes that support their recovery. Working as a team!
He has a special interest in fall prevention and supporting patients to build strength, balance, and confidence so they can stay active and independent.

Victoria, Clare, Jess, and Holly (not pictured) always go the extra mile to help ease their patients’ aches and pains. And a big thank you to the wonderful Michelle, who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes so our osteos can focus on what they do best. It really is a team effort!

We wanted to let our ThreeSixty community know that Clare will soon be taking some time away from the clinic to undergo wrist surgery. Her last day before leave will be Tuesday, 9th December.
Her focus over the summer will be on healing well, and we’re fully behind her as she takes the time she needs to recover.
If you’re one of her regular patients, our team is here to support you during her break, just reach out and we’ll make sure you are well looked after. 💛

Here’s how to become one of our favourite patients (and no, it doesn’t involve cake... although we won’t say no 😉)
✅ Know how your pain feels e.g. is it sharp, achey, burning, annoying?
✅ Notice when it gets worse e.g. getting dressed or out of bed
✅ Think about whether it is truly constant or just always there (see blog for further explanation on the difference)
These simple tips help us help you faster, and more effectively!
💡 Bonus points for bringing your diary, arriving on time, and giving us notice if plans change.
