The Build Collective trades also have amazing contacts outside of the office space such as Nicola Manning Design. Nicola produces elegant spaces that clients love.

This weekend was an example of how well the build collective works. Precision Earthworks and Drainage begun moving dirt this weekend to make the slope level for landscaping. Macreadie Builders came to check on the job Saturday morning to ensure everything was going okay. We realised a plumbing pipe needed to be sorted so Campbell Plumbing & Gasfitting came out on Sunday to assist and we ended up hitting a line while digging so KR Electricall was there within half an hour to assist. Having a team like this is so beneficial and crucial in this industry and this weekend was true testament to office space. Should we have slack sub trades, we wouldn't have the power fixed within an hour and we wouldn't have had the pipe fixed until potentially Monday meaning the job could not continue until this is done, then we talk about weather. We knew there was a week full of rain coming which does not work for earthworks so we all hunkered down as a team and got the job done! 👏The builders deadline is the subbies deadline which is what we love.

We are going to be hiring out this room to those who wish to hold trainings and/or meetings. We are currently working through our packages and will have them on our website very soon!
