Marshall and Hannah are working hard at Kaihuia Lane alongside Noah from Groundwork Developments. They have done a fantastic job cutting this challenging site drilling 11 meter holes to create an ungrounded safety retaining wall before beginning the cut. That and the challenges of a tight site show the talent this crew has.

needs the biggest shout out. Months ago she registered as a Licensed Buiding Practitioner which is another step up the chain in her career. Joel hasn't let her rest though, she's back with completing Project Management.

The best thing about 2023 has been our team. It's been a strange year for everyone in our team with life happening, but I love that they have all been so supportive and caring when each scenario gets chucked in someone's way. Here's hoping 2024 is a tiny bit better than 2023, and thanks to our dream team for getting through this crazy year!
