To hear an introvert's wisdom we need to find away to give them the space to speak and that is not going to necessarily happen in a florid conversation held by extroverts in a verbal meeting! Try using my favourite....sticky notes and flip charts or whiteboards....ask what if questions - don't give a 'faits accomplis'....leave space for other ideas! Mine the gold in their answers.
