The Mobile Consular Mission will be providing the following services:
1. PASSPORT SERVICES
By appointment only. Secure your appointment through the DFA Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) here: https://www.passport.gov.ph/. Please select ASIA PACIFIC, NEW ZEALAND, PE WELLINGTON - OUTREACH IN CHRISTCHURCH for the site location. The list of passport requirements may be found here: https://bit.ly/3PT6MFg.

2. CIVIL REGISTRY SERVICES (Report of Birth, Marriage and Death)
Application documents will be received, and the processed documents will be sent back to the applicant via a client-provided return courier bag. Check the list of requirements here: https://philembassy.org.nz/consular/civil-registry

3. NOTARIAL SERVICES (Affidavit of Support, Sworn Statement and Special Power of Attorney)

4. APPLICATIONS for RETENTION and REACQUISITION OF PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP (R.A. 9225)

Those whose applications were accepted and processed beforehand may take their oath during the mission.

5. OVERSEAS VOTING REGISTRATION
Please bring a copy of your Philippine Passport.

6. VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS and ENROLMENT/ RENEWAL of OWWA MEMBERSHIP.
