🔸️ Stay & Play - a 30 minute session that engages your puppies brain before settling it back down with a puppy massage and leaving them with an enrichment activity. $40.00
🔸️ Local Explorer - 30 min excursion around your local streets. Lots of sniffing and games. Pup has to be fully vaccinated. $40.00
🔸️ Calm & Confident - 1 hour includes pick up/ drop off. Visiting nearby places that are safe to explore for your pups vaccination status. We build on confidence, appropriate meetings & leash manners. Pups 10 + weeks $65.00

Chase & Maverick

🔦 This Wednesdays spotlight is on Chase 🐾 Chase occasionally does parkour out on walks & is easily aroused & whiney when he spots other dogs ✨️ What helps Chase? 🔸️ high value treats 👍 possum & cheese 🔸️ not allowing him to fixate, so move ↔️ do a ⭕️ 🔸️ games that create focus & engagement 🐕‍🦺 This week Chase was not on a halti, he was able to walk around another dog and I only saw one parkour move. I also noticed a huge reduction on whining a ⏫️⏫️ in engagement & he settled much faster (even looked tired at the end) understanding what was being asked of him.

🐕‍🦺 Today, we were able to work on a few different scenarios 🐾 walking past one another in straight lines 🐾 walking around in a circle together 🐾 one or two dogs are stationary and focus on their owner while another walks around them 🐾 a walk around the block, changing leader Two of the dogs are working on confidence while another is working on impulse control. The same activities benefit everyone, and with no 🐕‍🦺🔁🦮 (dog to dog) interactions, focus and confidence building are made much easier.

🦮 I'm so proud if Maverick, Oakley & Chase plus their humans who turned up for today's walk & train.

🐕‍🦺 Each dog had a different goal in mind and everyone walked away feeling accomplished.

K9KIND are launching a new owner led walking group, where you get to take your dog out with others in real world situations, while working on their leash skills under the guidance of a dog trainer.

Working in a vet clinic I can confirm that most people can not weigh their dogs. This can trigger stress and anxiety for both pet & owner before they've even seen the vet. Regular treatment free visits and weight checks at the vet will help reduce the fear associated with the vet clinic for your pet (and you!)
