Celebrating National Blood Donor Week π
09/06/2026
It's National Blood Donor Week, so two of our pilots rolled up their sleeves at New Zealand Blood Service Epsom to give blood and plasma (also known as liquid gold!)
As a rescue helicopter service, we carry and administer blood onboard our aircraft to critically injured patients. Itβs a vital part of the advanced aeromedical care we provide.
A huge thank you to everyone who donates. Your generosity helps make a real difference every day. β€οΈπ©Έ

We're so grateful to have such dedicated and compassionate individuals on our crew. A huge thank you to Casey and Simon for your years of commitment to our service.π
