So excited to launch our first professionally edited workout video. The top 5 HIIT workouts on YouTube generate over 25 million views so I thought it might be time to jump on the wagon. Thank you to Scarlet for hours of work helping me put this all together.

Great to be back in a professional studio doing what I live for- exercising.
My 3 reasons why protein can change the game for long term health.
1. It can limit fat storages
2. It can send positive signals to your brain and help you have a different relationship with food.

Team did you know that when you hit 40 you start losing muscle mass (Well itβs from 30 years old) but speeds up from 40 and you can potentially loose up to 8% muscle per decade. So, Iβve been researching about how to maintain as much muscle as possible in later life through the acts of exercise, nutrition, and general wellness because there are so many benefits to muscle over fat β The more muscle you maintain the better you can control your fat storages and exercise more effectively. In fact, initially I was researching for myself so I can continue to stay healthy and strong as I age but then I thought about making a video where I can identify little tips for muscle maintenance.β¦ Some parts get a bit technical, but I hope it can give you some tips and strategies for keeping your muscle for years to come.
