After weeks of heavy rain and challenging ground conditions, it was time to bring in the big gear 💪 🏗️

Huge thanks to Universal Cranes for the late callout on a Friday to lift these underground water tanks into place at a Riverhead site last week.

We are Looking for a precast concrete worker to join our busy manufacturing team in Kumeu!

The job will mainly consist of manufacturing precast concrete water tanks and other precast products.

This is a physical job so applicants must be fit, hands on, have a good attitude, and be able to work within a positive team environment.

Some concrete or construction experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided.

Hours are 5:30am - 2:00pm Monday to Friday

A few snaps from today’s delivery to a new house site in Riverhead.

Three underground water tanks were installed and equalised on site by our delivery team as well as a factory installed submersible pump kit and internal attenuation device, meaning these tanks are manufactured as per the plan and ready to use as we drive away.

Big shout out to the lads at Burnetts Transport and Earthmoving for a smooth install under the circumstances. It’s always a seamless install when these guys are on site!

We are now officially into the second half of winter which means those dry summer months are only just around the corner!

Every year towards the end of summer when tanks are empty we get overloaded with orders for an extra tank as people are “sick of purchasing water deliveries”.

Unfortunately at the tail end of summer we can only take so many orders as delivery Is more difficult or sometimes not possible in winter when the ground is too wet so there are always a lot that miss out!

Be organised this year and get your orders in early for that extra water tank so you are ready to catch all that water when winter rolls around!
