📣 We need your help!
Long story short - we've got plans BUT not enough people to make them happen.

Here's what's coming up:
🎪 Twilight Fair – Friday 13 November (our biggest event of the year - and this year we're celebrating the opening of the new court cover!)
🍖 Father's Day BBQ – Term 3
🎶 End-of-year disco – Term 4

Committee roles:
🔹 Sponsorship & community partnerships (can be shared by 2–3 people)
🔹 Chairperson

Help plan an event, join the committee, or both - whatever works for you.
No experience needed - just a willingness to get involved!

This year, we've launched a student survey so our kids get a direct say in what fundraising supports - we've had some great responses already and are working to reach more students. The initial focus is on more lunchtime and wet-weather activities but who knows what our creative kids will come up with!

Now we need people on board to turn the ideas into action.

🕺 No dress up needed - just show up ready to dance!

🍭 Tuck shop open on the night - cash & EFTPOS
💧 Bring a drink bottle - we'll have tables on the deck for them.

🙌 A massive thank you to everyone who's already signed up to volunteer - the response has been incredible! We still have a few spots to fill on the BBQ and pack-down at the end of the night. The more hands the faster we're all home (aiming for 15-20 mins).

A quick heads up for families planning on grabbing a dinner combo 😊

We only order sausages based on combo pack sales, so if your child is planning on eating dinner at the disco, please try to purchase your tickets early so we can make sure we’ve got enough food on the night.
