Associate Financial Adviser Opportunity!

MFSS Ltd (trading as SHARE) is a growing financial advice practice focused on providing quality advice to New Zealanders across insurance, KiwiSaver, and investment planning. As our client base continues to grow, we are looking to appoint an Associate Financial Adviser to join our team and support the continued development of the practice.

The Role
As an Associate Adviser, you will work alongside the Director of Financial Advice, supporting an existing portfolio of clients while also developing new client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing financial advice and ongoing service to clients

• Supporting clients with life insurance, fire and general, and investment solutions

• Preparing compliant advice documentation and maintaining accurate client records

• Developing new client relationships and referral opportunities

• Following SHARE’s advice process and regulatory requirements

About You
You will ideally hold the NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) with relevant strands (Life & Health, Investment or Fire & General), along with financial services experience. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build trusted client relationships are essential.

Remuneration
To support the transition into the role, the successful candidate will receive a retainer or else a salary based on negotiations, paid upfront, alongside ongoing commission and revenue, or SHAREHOLDER opportunities.

The East Tamaki Howick Special Olympics team, backed by Arnold Du Toit of Mutual Financial Support Services trading as SHARE, is travelling to Christchurch.
