My passion is giving wonderful old pieces new life. I love creating new things using colour and imagination. It is NOT just paint, it is art in the making.

Each piece being unique in its own special way.

Ever wanted to change something but a bit apprehensive just in case it got spoilt. Well this was one of those times for me. I took the plunge and I am thrilled with the final product. The painting is so much more striking, it kind of got lost in the gold frame. Here are before and after pics.

After having to take time out to recover from surgery, I am once again taking orders for those of you who have something they would like transforned from drab to fab. Send me a message with your contact details and I will be in touch to discuss and book it in.

Forgot to take a before photo, but I am sure you can now imagine what this half moon table would have looked like in its original very dark mahogany.

A gorgeous barley twist standard lamp, but in need of some "makeup". I knew the shade was wrong, but for sentimental reasons, I could not throw it out. So I removed the fabric, and painted the actual frame. My husband has often said, "If an old barn needs painting, paint it". That says it all for this piece which has pride of place in my living area.

One of my favourite pieces of furniture. Love how this turned out, but it was not without its hiccups but it was worth persevering. I purchased new hardware from overseas, as I couldnt find what I wanted in NZ. Well when they arrived, the cupboard handles were a different colour to the drawer handles. Very frustrated, but "I can fix this" I said. So I mixed 3 different paint colours and got started and they turned out this gorgeous bronze colour.

I have always loved this Old English Oak Dining suite. But, I was tired of the "orangy" colour of the wood, feeling it was looking rather dated. So, in agreement with my husband, we decided it was time ... We are absolutely thrilled with the final result, combining natural wood and painted finish.
